A company can be made only if they have a kvk number. Otherwise they have to sell on there own name as a hobby
The company has to be from Breukelen. If this isnot the case there has to be a permanaent address where the goods can be collected from.
The products belong to the company or users and not to paspapa. paspapa is only the agent and transporter between the buyer and the shop. For that service a small negotiated commission is agreed apon
Delivery service that paspapa is free to the buyers and in the cost of the commission.
Payment terms are agreeded apon with each individual shop/ seller. It will be assumed that payment is made when paspapa picks up the order from the shop/persons
The seller can choose any price to sell their product for and discount if they want to.
Vouchers can be made and sent to individual persons who have bought from the individual or shop before. That way you are able to promote new products to your clients
